CGT Lettings

search engine optimisation, email marketing & social media

the challenge.

CGT Lettings are the leading letting agents in Gloucestershire, managing over 1600 properties across 5 different branches. CGT Lettings challenged opiyo with growing their reach online, to both landlords and tenants, whilst improving their online communications and the way in which they engage with their customers.

what we did.

With high volumes of Google searches for lettings agents and various other rental property keywords, the initial focus was to improve search engine rankings across all of CGT Lettings’ targeted locations.

A regular email newsletter is now sent out to tenants and landlords, allowing CGT Lettings to share important information, expertise and advice.

We also created a social media strategy which has led to significant improvements in social media following and engagement with CGT Lettings’ target audience.

the results.

We have operated as CGT Lettings’ digital partner for almost 3 years. In that time, we have helped them to achieve top 3 Google rankings for all targeted search terms – resulting in a 73% increase in property searches on their website, from Google visits.

We also help CGT Lettings to engage with existing and potential customers through social media and email marketing. Open rates on email campaigns are 3x higher than the industry average. After planning and implementing a social media strategy for CGT Lettings, we have increased engagement rates dramatically – also increasing likes to their Facebook page by 35 times.

“Opiyo took charge of our SEO and social media, and since doing so we have witnessed a significant increase in leads.

We have seen an increase of 73% in property searches and a 67% increase in visit to our landlords section of our website. There is no doubt that (Manager Director) Liam’s professionalism and expertise has had a positive effect on our business and has helped increase out turnover as a result.”
